Efficient Windows Collaborative’s (EWC) Privacy Policy does not share any personal or financial information collected through this website, except as described in this Policy. When you provide information to us, we collect and use it solely for the purposes we have requested and as set forth herein.

Unless required or permitted by applicable law, we will not share, rent, or sell a contact or member’s (the “community user”) information without such community user’s prior authorization. When we disclose information to third parties, we will seek reasonable assurances from them that they will maintain the confidentiality of the collected data and treat it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Our Security Protection

We employ safeguards and practices designed to preserve the confidentiality of our community users’ collected information by protecting against unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of such data. Security measures may include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and physical security measures, including utilizing a secure server and automated credit or debit card authorization service. We store approval codes, but not credit card information, and credit card information must be re-entered for all future transactions.
